What Is an Energy Painting?

Most people choose art by color and size. Will it match the sofa? Will it fit the wall? Those are fair questions - but they miss the most interesting one: how do you want to feel when you look at it every day?

I am Zhanna, a self-taught abstract artist based in New York City. Since 2002 I have meditated and studied spiritual practices, and over time I began transferring energy and intentions into my paintings. That is what an energy painting is: a piece created with a clear intention embedded in it - for love, abundance, health, focus, or whatever matters most right now.

Each painting is unique. I also create custom energy paintings from a list of intentions, goals, and desires that a person sends me - and I can activate the finished piece to make it stronger for its owner.

I never promise specific results. What I can say is that many people describe feeling calmer, clearer, and more confident with my paintings around - at home and at work.
